Terms and Conditions Using the bk9 Platform

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "BK9" refers to the online wagering platform operating under the domain bk9.ceo, including all associated websites, mobile apps, and services.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the bk9 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a user to access bk9 services.
• "Platform" refers to bk9's entire digital infrastructure, including the website, Android and iOS mobile apps, and all features and functions provided.
• "Funds" refers to money or credits stored in a user's bk9 account for wagering and gaming purposes.
• "Bonus" refers to any credits, rewards, cashback, or promotional benefits offered by bk9 to members.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by BK9 before processing withdrawals or upon request by the compliance team.
• "Betting" refers to any wagering activity, casino games, bingo, Sports Betting, or e-sports conducted through the bk9 platform.

Section headings in this document are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms contained in each section.

To be eligible to register and use the bk9 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or intermediary for any other third party.

BK9 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or permanently terminated.

The bk9 account registration process is straightforward and free. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Required details include your full name, date of birth, an active email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one bk9 account only. Registering a second or multiple accounts, whether using the same or different information, is strictly prohibited. BK9 employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts, and enforcement action will be taken against any violation.

• Your account password must be unique and strong — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols is recommended.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Never share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact bk9 support immediately.
• BK9 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, bank statement, and proof of current address. All documents are stored with full encryption and used solely for identity verification purposes.

BK9 supports a variety of deposit methods suitable for Malaysia users, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and local bank transfers. All deposit transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and credited to your account instantly upon confirmation.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• There is no maximum daily deposit limit set, however large transactions may require additional verification.
• All deposited funds must originate from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name.
• BK9 does not accept deposits from third parties, credit cards, or unverifiable funding sources.
• Any deposit suspected of involving money laundering activity will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

BK9 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your financial service provider or bank may impose their own fees, which are beyond BK9's control.

Withdrawal requests are processed by bk9 within 1 to 3 business days depending on your chosen withdrawal method and your account's KYC verification status. Withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX are typically processed faster than standard bank transfers.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your bk9 account.
• Full KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
• BK9 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending additional verification if suspicious activity is detected on your account.
• Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirements will be automatically rejected.

BK9 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, tournament promotions, and VIP programme rewards. Each promotional offer carries its own terms and conditions, which should be read and understood before claiming.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each promotional offer.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the wagering requirements have been fully met.

BK9 uses a monitoring system to identify promotion abuse. If a member is found to be systematically using low-risk wagering strategies solely to fulfil bonus wagering requirements, BK9 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and withhold withdrawals pending the completion of an investigation.

All games on the bk9 platform — including slots, Live Casino, bingo, Sports Betting, and e-sports — are conducted in accordance with the specific rules of each game, available for review in the Game Lobby. The following general rules apply to all game types:

• The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error verified by bk9.
• In the event of a technical error or system disruption during gameplay, bk9 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet to the member's account.
• BK9 reserves the right to void any wager placed on incorrect odds or limits resulting from a technical or administrative error.

For Sports Betting in particular, all results are based on official outcomes released by the relevant sporting body. bk9 uses internationally accredited sports data providers to ensure that all stated results are accurate and up to date.

BK9 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any conduct that may compromise the integrity of the platform, the safety of other members, or the interests of BK9. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Identity fraud, registering with false information, or lending your account to another person.
• Money laundering or using the bk9 platform for any illicit financial purpose.
• Collusion between players in table games or tournaments that undermines fair play.
• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or technical tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the normal operation of the bk9 platform.
• Distributing offensive, threatening, or harassing content directed at other members or bk9 staff.
• Any form of payment fraud, including unwarranted chargebacks.

You may close your BK9 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, please ensure all fund balances are withdrawn first. BK9 will process closure requests within 3 to 5 business days.

BK9 also reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if:

• The member is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is suspicious activity or possible fraudulent activity detected on the account.
• The member fails to complete the KYC process within the timeframe set by BK9.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (inactive accounts may be subject to an administration fee).

• Inaccuracies in information provided by third-party suppliers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in maintaining password security.

BK9 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, unplanned technical disruptions may occur from time to time. BK9 is not liable for any losses incurred during such periods of disruption.

BK9 takes member privacy seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by BK9 Privacy Policy which forms an inseparable part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Your personal data is only collected for legitimate purposes related to the operation of the BK9 platform.
• BK9 does not sell or disclose members' personal data to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
• All data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption.
